Celebrity Hairstyles

As soon as “Beyoncé Harmony 2018” was announced, the crowd at Coachella went silent. Drums came in and Bam! There she was standing on the aisle like an empress. The first black woman ever to perform at Coachella, Beyoncé owned the ‘effing stage to the extent that everyone’s now calling it Beychella! Performing almost for 2 hours with 5 costumes changes and impeccable hair, Beyonce’s theatrical performance can very well be broken down into three elements.
Beyoncé has a way of announcing “She has arrived”; Making an entry on stage wearing an embellished cape and a jewelled crown on her head. This crown may very well be an inspiration for the extravagant headgear you always wanted to try. We hear that the band that initiated her entrance, stayed for the whole show and played on in a way you can only imagine.
Merely seeing this Goddess perform would have made our day, but it, of course, didn’t stop at that. She had the perfect line-up of co-performers on stage to match her energy. The first act commenced with the 80’s college vibe where Beyoncé wore denim shorts, a casual hoodie and shimmery boots. Her hair inspired by a decade-old, simple yet sexy trend- the tousled, crimped look. Ombre-ing it down from brown to blonde, this hairstyle stayed on point throughout her two-hour performance. The tresses looked long, gorgeous and liberated, quite like the star herself.
The concert reached another high when Beyoncé called her sister Solange on stage for a high-energy dance-off. Like her sista, Solange too wore crimped-down hair drowned in a beautiful platinum blonde colour.
Tell me you’re drooling over this sheer case of siblings incarnating the crimped hair look all over again!
Beychella was all about reviving old memories and the return of “Destiny’s Child” only went on to second that. Kelly Rowland aced her look by sporting an afro puff which danced in tandem with her moves. On the contrary, Michelle Williams opted for relaxed tresses with a sharp but playful fringe. The arena resounded with nostalgia when they sang “Say My Name” in unison.
We believe, Beyoncé is a one woman-force to be reckoned with. She reinvents songs on every tour. No song is ever the same for any two different concerts. And with performances like these, she’s rocketed herself to being one of the greatest performers since Michael Jackson.
